They may do compared to the mostly airline seated middle section, but there are far fewer of those seats in a 350 than a 730. So it may be true that a 730's tightest seat is more spacious than a 350's, but your chance of needing to sit in such a seat on a 350 is much, much lower.
This is how a 730 manages a 20% ish seat uplift in a 240m unit.
Has anyone used a tape measure and checked?
As an aside the 350s don't use cantilevered seats so window side foot room is better!
