(Sorry if there is a thread on this already).

I was under the impression that the 350 by Bachmann wasn't out until 2012. So I was quite surprised to see 350/1 sitting happily on display in Model Zone this weekend. They didn't have 350/2, so maybe this isn't out until 2012?

There was one in Ian Allen Book Shop (Manchester) a few weeks ago (in the early livery), I thought the N gauge one was next year.

Its out, but only in Central/silverlink livery.
The LM liveried one is due next year but I have a source that says it could be just before christmas!

For the LM ones sadly according to RMweb it is delayed until March/ April time now.

I will be getting the LM one when it's released though

They are a really nice model. Currently got a 350/1 and a second one for Xmas. The LM liveried 350/1 & /2 are being put back again, but it will be worth it. It's an amazingly model I really like. Shame my railway is only tiny little thing and can't cope with four cars let along the 4 I'm getting.

The 350 models we originally pencilled in for a late 2010 release before they got delayed. Just hope that it won't be too much long than April 2012 before we get the other two.

Ah - I presume you saw the shortlived one in Modelzones Basingstoke store? (I say short lived...since the tinsel came down...Bye Bye 350) :)

Purchased LM 350/2 from MZ. It's beautiful!

Are you sure it wasn't he LM 350/1 as the 350/2 isn't out yet. (I've got the SL 350/1 & LM 350/1 and am awaiting my pre-order of the 350/2).

It's definitely 350/2... it's in LM livery. Hope yours turns up soon. :)

Cheers. Can't wait, this will be my 4th 350 unit. Will have to try and do a 12 car soon (, they look great as an 8 car).

My 350/2 arrived today. Will try and get a shot of all three types of driving cabs together for you guys to see.

** EDIT **

Here you go, all three types together (and yes that is a pair of Metrolink M5000 trams in the background).

I've just got the LM 350/2 as well. Fantastic model, but on my example both the red and white lights are illuminated at each end regardless of direction of travel. This is the case both when running in as-supplied DC (analogue) mode, and also after DCC conversion. Has anybody else experienced this?

Just posting to follow up on my 350 problems. Bachmann advised me to return it to the retailer, Ian Allan at Manchester Piccadilly. They swapped it without quibble, and the replacement 350 has no faults.

Big thumbs up to Ian Allan in Manchester for great customer service :D

On a local stopping service near you
I've seen a video of it, and it looks great, I think the power car is coach C and there is a sound speaker under one of the carriages so a chip can be added, would be interesting to see a model 350/1 and 2 coupled together
