I understand that HEx 332014 has been out of use for some time. can anyone advise when it is likely to be back in service?

Out of interest, how do you identify coach numbers on HEX trains? With the outer livery, I could see no indication of what coach I was in - nor are the doors marked (that I could see). Inside there's no 5 or 6 digit code to signify where you are.

I say this because a power socket was broken, such that it had fallen down inside and I was concerned that inquisitive fingers could get in and find some wiring. A very unlikely situation, but in the end when I arrived at Paddington I had to just say what coach and describe where to someone on the platform who may or may not have taken any notice.

I'd have liked to be able to email/Tweet the location for it to be passed on to the fleet team.

Coach numbers are at carriage ends AIUI, but only at one end. Driving cars have them at the non-cab end.

I did look at the ends but didn't see anything. Anyway, too late now. Let's hope I don't hear of anyone being shocked!
