31459 at Bedford

On Monday as I was passing Bedford, 31459 was stabled in the carriage sidings, surrounded by a large number of anxious looking bods in orange hi-viz. The stock for a test train was in another siding.
By Wednesday the test train had gone but the 31 was still there.

I presume there has been a problem with the 31. Does anybody have any info ?

I was told suspected hot box when I asked at work yesterday.

Failed on a transit move to take the TRC rake plus 73138 to Grove Park last Sunday due to a hot axle box. 97301 came down to do the honours Tuesday morning.
