I think I saw 313121 (maybe it was 31321x) at Wembley sidings earlier today.
It was painted in Silverlink colours.

I thought all the former LO ones went off to Southern or FCC ?

They didn't quite - there was one left over off lease, and it was earmarked for use on the Hertford Loop as an ERTMS test train by Network Rail. Can you guess which one?

Yup. It will indeed have been 313121 that you have seen, as swt_passenger describes. It’s been sitting at Willesden/Wembley all this week.

It's there for ETRMS Fitment, which will be carried out by Alstom Wembley.

Even if it does go to the shed you are referring to, it won't go on the DC; the access is via a connection off the carriage lines.
