The set must be the one to form the 22:41 to WGC as it is reported on the FCC website that this train is delayed due to overhead line problems.

I don't think it is for the 22:41, I say that because there was indeed overhead line problems earlier at Kings Cross when the OHL tripped, I believe one of East Coast's services was the culprit.
Plus you have to remember when you get delays for any reason you're going to get train crews running late and out of position.
All depots now sign the Inner Suburban services so a driver working a service to Peterborough having been delayed 10 or 15 minutes leaving Kings Cross is obviously going to be delayed on the return journey and if their next working means relieving a Letchworth via Hertford service at Finsbury Park then it means that service in turn will be delayed.
