The north norfolk railway. But was failed before entering traffic. Assume its currently being repaired.

Yes currently at NNR but a mechanical fault was found by shed staff making it unfit for traffic AFAIAA. Keep an eye on the NNR website for info when we get it but it is being repaired as fast as possible because we need it for traffic, the reason we got it in is that we're short on locos!!
