I notice this train on RTT which isn't running. Tracking back, it appears it was meant to run down from the Midland Railway to Tonbridge yesterday.

Does anyone know what this was meant to be/what it was for?

Gen suggests it may have been an officers special, also suggested it hasn't run due to the problems NR are having in offering out a pay rise.
