hi guys, stupidly i have been caught without a valid ticket again by the same train company. i am trying to write my response to the letter of NOIP. How could i get an out of court settlement again. I truly understand how stupid i have been
Hard to say without much further info. But if you've been caught twice in a short space of time fare evading in the same manner they will be less likely to settle - as you clearly didn't learn your lesson the first time.
If you wanted to provide further details better advice may be able to be given.
Well, you don't really do you?
Imagine you're the prosecuting/investigating officer, and they see Mr Joe Smith from Acacia Avenue come up again.
Think what you would do, and go from there. You will be very lucky indeed to get away with a settlement
Some TOC'S may well settle a second time, though for a higher fee. Some will allow you to pay half costs for a first offence and full costs for a second. I'm not saying they will, just that it's not impossible but will most likely cost more than the first time if they do settle again.
