no 0812 and 1112 are HSTs AFAIK, thats been the case for sometime now, 0912 used to be one but its not now

06.32 York - Plymouth (09.12 at BHM) is only an HST on Mondays I read somewhere. Cant find the "somewhere" I am afraid!
You mustn't expect XC to run more than 2 of its HST on any given day, however crowded their trains may get.
