25/07 0908 maidenhead charter train

On the departures board at maidenhead Station today there is a delayed "charter train" that was scheduled to depart at 0908.
The only thing I can find on rtt is a train to Exeter. Is it this?
If so does anyone know what it was chartered for ?

It was a Steam Dreams charter that was cancelled some time ago.

Steam Dreams must've had a crystal ball. Today definitely isn't the "verdant countryside" description on their website - it's "murky autumnal boggy grimness of the unsunny south".
