The Guardian suggests today that LNER and Avanti West Coast drivers are likely to be moving towards a dispute over this subject. I'd quote, but it's completely absent in details, and the article isn't one of their better ones, as this is all jumbled up with issues of fleet availability which affects EMR and not Avanti West Coast / LNER in anything like the same way. So instead I'll just open the question, are those outstanding items?

Hi everyone. Does anybody know whether Crosscountry train managers have had a payrise recently, or if not, whether they're likely to receive one soon?

Many thanks

It's crazy that my TOC's management have already got a payrise, but platform staff etc still haven’t. And the % they have offered is less than management. Seems unfair to me.

Would you be saying it's unfair if it was the other way round?
If there hasn't been a pay rise and the pay offer is lower than what has been offered to & accepted by management then it's probably because the Unions representing the other grades haven't accepted the lower offer and are negotiating for parity / more. Until an agreement is reached by the unions then there is no pay rise.

Sounds like you should go out on strike.

3.6%, backdated, is the offer from West Midlands to Guards/RMT grades. There's a commitment to discuss other matters in there, but otherwise no strings.

Referendum open now.

3.6 was also was what was offered and accepted at Northern backdated to April and completed in the most recent pay. All grades complete minus drivers that was already sorted
