The first foreign trip of the year was a quick one (two-and-a-bit days) to Hungary. The primary objective was the three required Rail Cargo Hungaria Tauri that have been on hire to MÁV. Mission accomplished on that, but also time for some of the excellent Class 490 “Astride” locos, Vectrons and a trip down to Balatonfenyves for the narrow gauge line.

There's at least two diagrams which switch over at the shoulder peaks, so when the remaining six enter service it's worth working them forwards on RTT to see if they do this.

Noticed that my final two 166s were out on Cardiff to Portsmouth services, so went to the seaside for the second day this week.
