If one purchased a DRS 2010 calender before friday one would have gained a ticket for the Open day.

I second what has been said and would like to find out if ive got a ticket or not asap

The website says that they want it to be like or rival Eastleigh 100 last year, if it's anywhere as good as that then it will be good.

Guessing Northern will be doing something since they've done it for the past three years, although the main 3 depots have been done, so wonder where it will be this time.

They could do the cycle again of the 3 depots?

I am half expecting a shuttle service from MKC to the wolverton railway works, because the entrance to the works is about a mile from wolverton station

I'm pretty sure there must have been a shuttle from there at there last Open Day I went to there, as I remember catching 87101 back from Milton Keynes to Brum after it. Mind you, that was back in 1988!

has anyone got photos from the last Wolverton open day - I own the works fire engine that was still in service back in 1988 so presume they probably had it on show then I haven't got any old photos of it and would love to track one down.

If I can contact the organisers I'll see if I can take it along for the weekend.
