The normal DLS server has been having a lot of problems recently.
Keep an eye on this too see how it's doing.

Also check if you have an FCT that hasnt been activated, as you may have one you don't know about :)

i had to buy a fct just to be able to use the download station it seems to be the easyest solution. and for three months its on £7

It actually works out cheaper in the long run to buy a year long DLS ticket
