I have a 01 silverado 2500hd with 168,000 miles. My service engine soon light is coming on and flashing after I am on the road running at 70mph or faster. I took it to my mechanic and he did a all over tune up and it still does it, he seems to think maybe it might be the knock sensor, can anyone help me and check it out? I have a long trip to make in a couple of days and need to figure this out, I don't want it to break done on my trip if I can't fix it, or does some one think it will be ok, it runs fine, no loose of power or anything. Thanks for any help.
