-20- ONLY at Three Bridges (Platform 2)

The above appears on Open Trains in the train describer for platform 2 at Three Bridges at the moment (Sat 10 August @ 1730).Anyone got any idea what it may mean?

If a train is on the down slow heading to platform 1 or 2, how does the driver know whether the route is set via the 20 or 40 mph crossover?

They don't!

It'll be an ESR and due to the complex layout it probably won't be boarded, hence interposed to remind the signaller to stop and caution or divert trains.
