A quick question please, which way round were the controls? ie the left hand for up-down, or right/left?

Left/Right was on the left and up/down was on the right.

You are given time to practice so take it slow. You should also not complete the practice runs fully i.e. don't go to the end which takes you back to the beginning for another test run as there is a limit on the number of practice runs you get (just navigate back to the beginning without passing through the end = B).

My first few practice runs were awful and I thought this is much harder than it should be. The tutor even came over and told me to slow it down and eventually I got it. Still went outside the shape at least once on 50% of my runs but did have some really good quick error free runs.

Personally I don't think you can really practice for this test, yes console experience may benefit you but the test is like nothing else I've done and the practice material doesn't replicate the test at all.

Good luck!

Argh! I'm having flashbacks!

Ease is subjective. I was told that I gad awesome scores on the attention test (road signs etc), perfect on the White/grey/black squares reaction and attention, but failed this one.

I was gutted!
