Thanks for that dzug, I never knew that buses had reporting numbers like trains, we learn something every day.
I hope that it is not a case of stolen cable, I had that in the 70s and we went between Manton and Corby on the 'Time interval system'

That's a train not a bus!
The issue is that the regular 09:26 service from Corby to Derby via Melton Mowbray cannot operate due to the signalling issues.
As a result the train that would operate it is operating an 09:45 special to Derby from Kettering along the MML.
