An annual season from Maidenhead to London Terminals, Standard Class, Route 1st Eastbound only costs £2760

An annual season from Maidenhead to London Terminals, 1st Class, Route 1st Eastbound only costs £4140

Isn't it the same ticket but £1380 more expensive?

I can't see the latter ticket in Avantix. It only shows the 1STEASTBOUNDONLY ticket at £2760.00. The First class ticket (both ways) is £3540.00.

Surely the reason the second season is more expensive is that it allows travel in first class whereas the first season is a standard class season?

first great western have tickets that allow first class for the eastbound journey only from some stations (where there's no seats left in standard every day). So it looks like both these tickets offer the same validity for a different price. am i wrong?
