1R74 failed at Grindleford/in Totley Tunnel

1R74, the 12:56 Norwich to Liverpool EMR service has been stood between Dore and Grindleford - reportedly within the long Totley Tunnel - for around 40 mins. EMR website reporting a fault on this unit.

Currently services from Sheffield towards Manchester are being held at Sheffield and 2 freights held at Dore.

IF it is in the tunnel and can’t get moving it may be a lengthy process to de-train and resolve.

It is stood inside Totley Tunnel. Services suspended WB over the Hope Valley, TPE diverting via Wakefield & Huddersfield if possible

The service has now managed to limp out of the tunnel and will terminate at Grindleford. Next EMR service will call at Grindleford to pick everyone up.

Not a great place to fail, but at least it'll be cool in the tunnel! I see it is limping back towards Dore at present, presumably heading straight to Nottingham Eastcroft
