Hi,
Currently doing a little town/ county transport history research on my home town. Does anyone on the forum have a list or an old timetable guide for Guildford post 1996 to 2000?
I remember fondly the variety of routes operated out of Guildford back then, a rather wide variety of destinations such as Heathrow, Gatwick, Kington, Staines, Engfield Green, Weybridge, Tillgbourne operated most of the Surrey Hills services, a number of the local town services but can’t remember all there incarnations from what there is now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The guy who runs this blog used to run(/own/manage?) something called the Great Britain Bus Timetable. He sometimes mentions it, and it sounds like it might have existed around then, so you might want to try emailing him.

I don't have lists or timetables (just my memory which isn't always reliable), The Brooklands Spring gathering coming up in few weeks time usually has a few stalls selling old timetables, I bought one for LCBS South West area for 1973.
Various books exist that detail that info - you probably have? - London Country edited by Dave Stewart, a couple on the history of Aldershot & District/Alder Valley.
LOTS would have info via their TLB monthly mags. Books exist on the history of Safeguard and Tillingbourne.
There is an A & D group, you are probably aware of?
