1981 ABC Rail Guide

I've still got my August 1981 copy of the ABC Rail Guide (736pp).
I kept it throughout my commuting days just to monitor the improvements (!) in travel times from SAC to STP.
Is anyone interested in some extract from it?
Or have any other thoughts towards it?

Timetable World (timetableworld.com) has a 1981 ABC Rail Guide, dated November, which is presumably more or less identical given it will be the same timetable period.

From a personal perspective, an interesting insight into the timetable year immediately before I started using the railways, though the service pattern was much the same on my local route.
