195's thru Bamber Bridge.

My colleague Munchener informed me today a Huddersfield To Blackpool North is booked to stop at Brig.Asuming its not canned at the last minute,is this for platform accommadtion tests etc?
Are the units being lined up for Colne workings as well? Thanks

I would imagine that this was supposed to be (it didn't run anyway) for when York to Blackpool services become 195 operated- and you have the peak services making additional calls at a couple of local stops (seems to be three towards Blackpool in the mornings only). I don't think Colne is due any 195s.

Stopping positions testing etc is the likely reason for these workings.

195s currently working driver training practical handing runs from Huddersfield to Blackpool.

They are due to be on the York - Blackpools very soon.

No such luxury for Colne sorry.
