Plenty of Mk3s and Mk2s, although the DfT have 'ringfenced' the Mk3's effectively giving them priority over any other open access operator. It's a good job that GC and WSMR got theirs when they did...!

NX have signed contracts for their Mk3's ( DfT / NX said this in the franchise press releases, and RAIL have carried confirmation ). Same for AXC
