Why was the above train terminated at Crewe last night (21/12) and then ran ECS to Edge Hill Depot? According to Realtime Trains it says it was because the planned train being replaced by a slower train:

The original train from Piccadilly was a Pendalino as normal so why it couldn't carry on to Euston as normal I'm not to sure.
