Is 175101 currently running as a two-car unit? It's just passed my house with another 175 attached to the front and it was definitely two coaches but I'm sure it was 101. It had a yellow bag over the coupler.

It was still a 3 car when I finished work on Friday so I would still imagine it was a 3 car now as process of reforming a set seems to take forever . If you let me know a time place I make be able to find the units tomorrow .

Ah, how bizzare. I must have read it wrong. I could honestly have thought it was 101 though. Around the Cardiff area.

101 spent the day paired up with 003 in Wales , but definately still a 3 car.

I was pretty sure this train was running as a 3-coach formation. Fortunately, this confirms my suspicions!

Maybe it was 001 after all. It will say on TRUST, on the 1229 Carmarthen to Manchester on Sunday.
The only 3-car 175s I've caught are 105, 108, 109, 111, 112 and 116.
