170107 - Current status?

What is the latest with 170107 ? It’s been out of service for months following a collision. Does anybody know its whereabouts ?

I believe it is currently at Brodie’s, Kilmarnock, for repairs to the damaged area.

There was a post put on Facebook by XC a few weeks ago showing the repairs, looked as if it was nearing completion.

170107 has now been repaired and is returning to Tyseley.

That's fantastic. Hopefully be out in service in the coming days. Will really help XC as I believe the Turbostar routes revert to their pre-Covid timetable in May.

It’ll be good to have another 3-car in service.

Still no sign of it in service. Does anybody know the reason for the delay ?
