159012 down to two carriages?

There was a random centre coach on its own in the back of Salisbury depot on Monday morning so it could have been removed from 159012 for repairs, with the 159 put back together as a temporary 2-coach unit

yup pretty much. Better to have 2 coaches than none.

I thought all SWR diesels were now fixed bar couplings? Does this make shunting them around more difficult?
