[FTS 2012-2013]

saw a 158 pass through glengarnock station any idea why ? didn't think 158's were permitted on this route very unusual
it was in saltire livery if that helps

Most likely to be one of the 158/8s returning from kilmarnock to haymarket for repairs.

Did you catch the unit number?
Also, scot-rail.co.uk tells me that 158s are Not permitted on Route SC059 between Shields Jn - Ayr- Stranraer.

didnt get the number, 100% an 158 went past around 10 dont know exact time it was in the morning. and i know that is why i was so suprised
