153 on the M6

I’ve just passed a 153 which was heading northbound on the M6 does anybody know where this unit is on the move to and why? Saw it at the last minute so no pictures or number of the unit unfortunately.

Yeah it looked quite clean and was in all white.
I didn’t glimpse it for long so couldn’t spot any TOC branding

153317 is a new Network Rail conversion, some sort of sandite/RHTT vehicle from earlier reports.
