150127 (yes with a 1 and not a 9) was noted at Exeter st Davids at about 2030 last night (Friday 12th), coaches were 57127 and 52127.
Also hearing that 150121 was seen around Bristol this afternoon.

It might be that they have been renumbered back while the middle coaches are away for C exam, it does open up the possibility that they middle coaches could be inserted into other units when they are ready, or not as the case maybe.

Been like that at least a week.
Im sure I saw 150216 the other day (I believe that was the set that was broken up to create 927 / 921 ).

The coaches were not from 150216, coaches are the non toilet vehicles from 150209 (57209) and 150212 (57212) where the vehicles with toilets were written off in accidents. It was running around as 150209 I believe with a 153 attached to ensure there's a toilet, however its now at Tyseley - went up overnight last week.

Believe the coaches are then to be added to other 150s to allow 150121 and 127 to visit Tyseley.

Nope, 150216 is just a common or garden 150 in the FGW fleet.

Edit-
Louis has already covered it.

In Central Trains days (after the transfer of 150s from Anglia but before that group of units went to Cardiff), 150216 was split as the centre coaches of 150004 and 150008. 150202 had a somewhat longer spell as the centre carriages of 150007 and 150009.

From a haulage bashing perspective, I'd like to see "150209" working as a 2-coach with a 153 and then go back into 150121 and 150127 when ready. However, I suppose it is more likely they end up as the middle coach of a slab unit in the short term again.
