Though you're done for the day, it'd be nice to read a short reflection on your adventures. Only after you've had a rest and a bite to eat!

A short reflection would be that the the crew of the 06:45 & the 10:10 were great and treated there passengers like humans unlike the first class crew of the 09:42 coventry departure but all in all i found most crews to be freindly

A TOC is a train operating company so TOC management is the management teams of the train companies.
