There's a 142 in Liverpool South Parkway's sidings, I think its 024 and hasn't moved for weeks. Anyone know why its there?

Second anyone know what the works going on down there are? Network Rail personnel with diggers and aggregates for weeks as well.

Allerton Depot is being re-instated, 142024 is there as part of staff training and to test the infrastructure.
