I was in Stafford early on and was wondering what was wrong the service. 220032 and 220017 was working it. Normally its 4 or 5 car voyager on its own. Still there when I left at 1353.
Thanks.

Thanks.
XC long distance services are altered over the festive period with hourly services South West > Scotland via East Coast and hourly services Manchester > Bournemouth. Yesterday services on the East Coast were chaos with most formed of single Voyagers; many services were so busy people couldn't fit on.
You're right there. Most TOCs are operating a normal Weekday or Saturday service, and CrossCountry are operating less than their normal Sunday service, using as few trains as possible.Quite frankly its a joke. The only decent train Cross Country operate are also in the sidings during Christmas doing nothing (HSTs)
