Was there a 113 FB rail?
There was a 110 and a 110A rail when the original BS110 FB rail was found to be unsuitable.
No reason known to me.

Yep, diagram on page 127 of vol 4 of 7th ed. of BR track. 113 lb /yd, parallel rail head. I only ask because one of the authors of the aforesaid tome has asked me, becuase he doesn't know ...

110A is just a tapered-head version (the "A" is for amended), 109 was strenghtend to be 110A, and 110A was developed to be 113A.
