110mph not 125mph

On 390131 the 12.15 from Manchester down towards Euston today. The whole journey the train gradually lost time. Checked with my GPS speedo app on my phone and not once did we go over 110mph. But the train did seem to be tilting in some of the bends. So, rolling stock problem or infrastructure problem? 1A36 MAN-EUS

Just realised this was posted in the wrong subforum, can't see any way to move it though.

If it's not going above 110mph it's very likely tilting is not working
There are some places where the track itself is tilted, that might be why you appear to be tilting.

Just had a quick look on Trust and the only delays are 3 separate 1 minute delays which have all coincidentally been put down to TASS fault- meaning none tilt.
