10.03 from Paddington to ???

Anybody know why the 10.03 London Paddington to Penzance changes destination to Newquay on the 7-9 August? It's in the booking system but no details on the GWR website.

I ask as I wanted to catch the 16.15 from Penzance to London on 9th August but the entire timetable is messed up. Fortunately, my 5th August 10.03 to Penzance is booked as per the timetable. No stress as I'm now returning on 10th August... just curious.

Boardmasters, a surf and music festival, is on at Fistral Beach from 7-11 August.

(I though TIA was a tank wagon for International traffic.)
