0M65 Peterborough to Wembley ECS today

[Aictos]

A pair of Class 73's came though Stevenage earlier working Peterborough GBRF depot to Wembley InterCity depot - I know one of the 73's concerned was 73208 but does anyone know what the other Class 73 is please?

I've looked on TRUST and they are not available as GBRF didn't input the vehicle consist at Peterborough.

ECS? Light Engine, surely

ECS? Light Engine, surely

ECS is Empty Coaching Stock I think.

ECS is Empty Coaching Stock I think.

Yes but they have to be towing some Empty Coaching Stock for it to be an ECS move don’t they? Two engines is still light engine surely

Can two locos be classed as a convoy?

[Hydro]

Class 0 - Light Engine, Class 5 - ECS.

Indeed but ECS or Convoy aside, anyone able to answer the question.

73213 currently paired up with 208 so would guess that they have been together all day.

I have seen reports on UK Rail of 73208 working with 73213 on an engineers train. So 73213 likely to be the other loco you saw today.

Thank you, much appreciated,
