08 735 - Running In Eastleigh

Hi Folks. I was surprised to see 08 735 moving stock around the maintenance depot in Eastleigh last Monday (24/02). I thought this loco had been stored ages ago and was "out of use". Does anyone know whether it has been re-instated officially - or was this some sort of "one-off" movement please?

I think it is in use with Arlington Fleet Services now, whether they are hiring it or have bought it outright I dont know.

Thanks 455driver - may explain its inexplicable running about! Another source stated that this one of those "grey area" pool index workings - which may also explain the anomaly. Either way I was really chuffed as I needed the little monster and had only popped down to try to cop the 70/8ers!!!! Utter bonus!
