0750 Nottingham - St Pancras

I was wondering if anyone knows or can find out what the formation is booked to be? I know its a 222, but is it a 4/5/7/8/9/10 car service?

Always a 7 car before the December timetable change - 0750 was at one time known as the "Robbin Hood" as its the fastest NTM-STP and they used to do a fair bit to make sure of it's consistency. IIRC the stock comes empty from Etches Park. I'm not quite 100% sure of 7 car consistency since the change as I've only used it once post timetable change (which is when they also switched the one Nottingham southbound breakfast service off the 0750 and onto the 0710), but it was a 7 car on that one occasion too.
