I haven’t used this service since the change of ToC. However, every weekday it always stopped at the mainline platform at Queens Park and a couple of guys would get off. Easy to figure out why, but I could not find the stop listed on RTT - not even in the WTT. It was shown on RTT as “pass”.

First post, so sorry if I chose the wrong forum/thread.

Unfortunately no trains stop at Queens Park on the mainline anymore, there used to be a few booked early morning/late evening calls but that was years ago.

If they were to reinstate even just the few token services then I'm sure they would be very popular. (Not just amongst staff)

I travelled on the 0431 ex-MKC back in May 2011 and it called at Queens Park.

I always understood that someone had to stop the odd train on the Queen's Park mainline platforms to essentially maintain a 'parliamentary' service for the mainline part of the station. for the avoidance of doubt I put 'parliamentary' in quotes as it's probably not technically a parliamentary service. I could be wrong though.

The entrance to the bridge/stairs is blocked off with signs saying "Authorized personnel only beyond this point" or words to that effect
