Wilsons Buses of Greenock don't appear to be participating either according to the list, in my opinion a poor decision given to the competition their main route, the 19 gets from McGills, with the 518 and 906 serving Branchton on a slightly better frequency.
Millport Motors also operate the 578A/B, which is tendered by SPT. I don't know if SPT subsidised routes are automatically capped, but again a poor decision due to competition from the Clydeflyer

NATA and CTG aren't participating either.
I understand that Wilson’s are planning to sign up. It should perhaps be noted that the main service is past Branchton station is the 517, which runs every 12 mins, with the 518 & 906 both being every 30 mins.
There is virtually no competition between the 578A/B and the ClydeFlyer services. They are of course intended to be feeder services to both the bus and train at Wemyss Bay, which is virtually the only shared stop in both directions with the ClydeFlyer services.

I'd argue against considering at least in sense of bus connections, most stops excluding Upper Skelmorlie for the Millport 578 are a 5 minute walk from the Clydeflyer, which after all is a turn up and go service and I don't think more than half of the people are willing to take an EVM over a Citaro, add a connection to that. I'd understand Upper Skelmorlie may be useful for elderly and disabled.
