This seems to be new. None of us who applied in Feb / March had to do this. We all had a telephone interview with an agency after the first automated psychometrics tests.

I never got my call last week. But, looking at others here, it's taking longer than expected.

I've done a few of these STAR style interviews, and always come away with absolutely no idea whether I hit the keywords they're looking for. The interview panel were great, really helped me relax, and I guess I'll find out in the next week or so.
