Had my Teams Interview today. Feedback was I'd hear by the end of the week.

They must have thousands of people to get through. I started to wonder what was happening when I saw people on here saying they had interviews and psychometrics, then I got the invite. I have to say the recruitment is being handled very well considering the circumstances, so I have no doubt...

Thanks ST. This is my first time through the process, so even if I'm successful at the interview, I've got all the psychometrics to face. I've only ever done the ones at the start of this recruitment drive, so not sure how I'll perform.

Congratulations to anyone who has been offered contracts or has passed their interview and onto the next stage. I have my interview next week, so a long way behind you all at the minute. LNER recruitment must be having a really tough time keeping this process moving forward!!

I've not had anything further since the "We've not forgot you" email, so don't think you've deleted it, you probably haven't.

For those who have been offered the latest round of interviews, just wondering if you've all already passed the psychometrics to some level. I have read that some have had to re take the group bourdon test as it needed an enhanced pass, but no one seems to have had to do everything.

I can only confirm that I haven't had anything else since asking for / sending in my GCSE certificates.

Hi, what new recruitment? This thread relates to jobs advertised prior to the Covid outbreak, and no one has been offered any positions. Those successful at the telephone interview stage are all waiting further updates from LNER about the next stage.

I applied to Sheffield prior to the changes (Jan), and the email yesterday said I'd need to re apply.

Thanks, still shocked but excited. I've never done the psychometric tests, so plenty to go wrong yet!

LNER. My interview was on the first Monday, and I stated Doncaster was my preference.

Seems that my email to Northern has triggered an update to lots of us, all interested in Sheffield. I guess they forgot that branch when they let everyone else know they were putting recruitment on hold. :(

I think you're right :) So people know, they are asking for NI number if you have ever passed psychometric testing before, so it looks like these will be accepted.
