I’m in for Newcastle too, had my interview before Forbsie that same day. Maybe doing it alphabetically, fingers crossed will probs hear tomorrow.

Hi just read your message, so you may already have done your interview. Its difficult to give tips as im really unsure how well i did. Only thing to say really is it is very formal so dont let that knock you.

Had my MI interview today, very formal compared to telephone interview. Pretty sure i may have flunked it, very difficult to read the interviewers which i’m usually very good at.

For those who have had their MI, was there much difference in questions asked compared to the telephone interviews?

Well just had my invite today for interview with Manager...... not done the Psychometrics yet though. My interview is next Wednesday i’m in for Newcastle.

no but reading between the lines i thinks its group assessments, as she said they were looing at either doing it digitally or in smaller groups.

Email received today regarding next step after being successful at Interview in May..... they will be in touch shortly about how we will progress to next stage. So movement at last.

no email for me neither, i have emailed them twice asking what is happening but no response to either email. I do know that a friend Has had his DMI And is waiting to see if he has passed that. He is already qualified as Metro driver....... so it may be that they are putting those people first...
