Hi, I've noticed the sand/clay waste traffic from St Blazey, Cornwall to London appears to be nolonger running although it still shows on RTT.
Does anybody know what the future holds please?
Many thanks for the explanation CMS. I guess we must have missed the announcment of the change to Flandres, although the departure board at Lyon was showing europe. Yes, it was 8 mins at europe, departure at 44 rather than 17.36.
A smooth journey from Montparnasse to Lyon using bus no 91. 30 mins with brief glimpses of the sites!
Took the 15.15 to Lille Europe which terminated at Flandres. Is this normal? Having not used this route before we were left with a bit of a scrabble to to get to Europe. Will know for next...
Any suggestions on the easiest way between the two above stations please.
arrive at M at mid day, depare Lyon at 15.15.
On the last visit one of the party was the victim of pickpockets in the Monparnasse area, so not keen on the metro.
Thanks
Reported several months ago that DB and Imerys were in discussion to renew the contract for traffic between Goonbarrow/Parkandillack and Carne Point. If memory serves me well, the existing contract ends in December. Does anybody know how talks are progressing?
Thanks for your replies. I was wondering why the delays. last nights delay happened to be 4 mins, hence my quote. That said, waiting at Par, Bodmin Parkway or Liskeard for a delayed sleeper can be a cold experience particularly as we move into winter.
Went to Pau station yesterday , 7th, to catch 10.47 TER 67273 to Bordeaux via Dax.
Final destination Bordeaux Airport .
Advised that it was cancelled with alternative bus. Est arrival at Bordeaux 15.10.
This was considered too late to ensure catching flight.
A drive to the airport...
Thanks everyone.
Looking forward to the trip!
This will be followed, a couple of days later, by Nice - Toulouse, Toulouse - Tarbes.
Probably not quite as scenic but special in its own way.
