I did my assessments during the last little lockdown before Christmas including the MMI face to face. However the DMI was done over Microsoft Teams which seemed to work fine. I would of personally preferred to have the DMI face to face but obviously happy to be able to complete everything in...
It would be good if there was an agreement for them trainees to move onto the higher salary as this delay is beyond their control. I know other TOCs have increased the salaries for their trainees after a year no matter where they are up to.
I was told I was put in the pool from the date I sat the paper tests. But haven't been told anything about whether you are in order from the dates or if it's from your performance. Would be interesting to know either way.
I did my computer assessments during the 2nd lockdown as they said it was still work related so they allowed it to go ahead. I think you will be fine (fingers crossed)
In my experience, the recruitment team will contact you as soon as they can if there is any changes to your assessments. The TOCs are hearing the covid announcements the same time as the rest of us so I don't think emailing them right away will help. It will be in their best interests to let...
Has anyone who have had their DMI shed some light on the kind of questions they ask? Is it more about your personality and what you know about TFW? Or are there competency based questions as well similar to the MMI?
I think they might be doing it depot by depot. That's the impression I've got by the different stages I've been through as I've been grouped with people who have applied for the same depot as me.
