Did anyone manage to catch the email for Danielle I think it was, in case you had any questions?

Speaking with someone else on here, & like myself, they didn’t have a good experience in going for this job.
We both experienced a real lack of professionalism from Lumo. Keen to hear if...
The training could be for 5 weeks they said, & you’d likely be required to stay in a hotel which they’d pay for obviously.
Dunno if it’d be Monday-Friday & you’d be able to go home at the weekends. I’m guessing that’d be the case. Would like to think that they’d also help with some travel...
Yeah my group were very quiet when asking questions. I was the same as yourself and the only one who asked a couple of questions, as well as asking in the interview rooms.
Unfortunately I didn’t get any direct answers as they seem to be trying to finalise how things will be themselves.
What...
Yeah, there is 3 venues they are interviewing and assessing for on the West Coast route. Stirling, Preston & London.
They’re looking at about 45-50 people I think they said, between the 3 locations. Going from how many they said they had been having in for the sessions in both the morning &...
Hi there,
I’ve been invited along to an assessment in Preston for a role with Lumo, that will be based in Scotland. I will be travelling from Scotland though, & fully expected that if I was successful then transport on one of their trains would be provided since we will be asked to go so far...
Where can you see that it says you’re still under consideration?
I have had a bit of a carry on with my attempts to get in. Passed an initial assessment, but that’ll now have passed. Had re-applied back in 2022 & heard nothing, so applied again….now got an online test to do, but still wondering...
Thanks.
The job I’m in for is B3.3 & I did think it was around the £38k mark at the time of applying. Obviously been a few pay increases since then, so you must be right.
Sat my assessment for it yesterday & it was quite tough so not holding out much hope, but you never know.
Congratulations mate.
I passed the first assessment but didn’t get past the interview. Applied again in 2019 and now I’ve been asked if I’m still interested in the position, so I’m expecting a follow-up.
Not sure if my previous passed assessment is still valid or I’ll have to go through it again.
Hi,
yeah I already had the basic understanding of the role, but wasn’t sure of the wider duties. Good to know it’s a 5mph speed limit right enough. Learn something new there. Got a few mates that are mainland drivers & others that work elsewhere in the company so will def tap them up for...
Hi all,
I’d applied for a Shunters job with ScotRail & had all but given up hope as it was a long time ago & before the pandemic kicked in. They’ve been in touch recently though to ask if I’m still interested in the position, so I’m now kinda expecting something to follow.
Sat the test for a...
I have two positions still saying ‘under consideration’. One for a trainee driver from May 2019 & another for a Shunter from May 2020.
Normally I get that they say if you haven’t heard back within so long, then you should consider that as unsuccessful. However with Covid putting everything on...
