When companies trial electric buses, how do they charge as they wouldn’t have the charging infrastructure in place?

It will be quite good to take a train from London to Brighton, to then change on to an Eastbourne train.

I am looking to standardise my couplings to NEM. Could anyone point me in the right direction of where to buy replacement couplings to be able to achieve this?

When stagecoach had the stripes livery, the trams also had the stripes livery and then when stagecoach changed the livery on the buses, the tram livery changed. So didn’t know if it would change again now that the branding has been updated again.

Stagecoach are obviously rebranding all their buses. However, are they going to be rebranding the super tram as that currently uses Stagecoach’s old colour scheme?

I have seen a Sprinter repainted in Dover but wasn’t quick enough to get a photo.

No one will notice until the buses get cascaded to the other regions and they have the different fronts. The front of the streetlite in the new livery looks terrible.

Have Stagecoach decided in what style they want to paint the front of the buses yet? Some have the light clusters and panel in between lights all blue, others have black light clusters and the middle panel blue and other still have black light clusters and the middle panel white. Is each region...

I think they should have used that as there local livery. Looks more professional than all the different colours.

Yeah I agree with that. Under the destination definitely look better. It all looks squashed like it currently is.

Does this also mean the return of route diverted and all the extra screens there used to be?

The same could be said about the original Stagecoach livery. And if you remove the dark blue trim on the second gen livery, that’s just an enlarged section of the logo.

Are there any pictures floating about of the branded Stagecoach Manchester BYD as I can only seem to find pictures of the non-branded buses.

They have also had their new Volvo B8RLE delivered and have applied vinyls to it. It’s looking good...

It’s come from a Regents driver post on Facebook and several stagecoach drivers.

I have heard several people saying that Arriva has brought Regent’s Coaches in Whitstable. Curious as to whether anyone on here can confirm this and if they know what Arriva’s plans are to take on Stagecoach in Canterbury and East Kent.

East Coast Buses is a subsidiary of Lothian Buses, just the same as Edinburgh Tours, Lothian Country and Lothian Motorcoaches.

Stagecoach also don’t issue tickets when people use these passes. And they wouldn’t do that if it meant they lost money.
